All ship models are handmade from scratch by skillful and experienced craftsmen, fully assembled and ready for display. They are built according to scale of the origin ships through original plans or pictures using the plank-on-frame construction method. The hull is joined by multiple pieces of dry thin wood glued together . Inside the hull, high quality epoxy is used. This helps the thin wood bars to bond close to one another and not split, crack or twist even in variable climatic conditions.

Extensive research through original plans and pictures make our models authentic. Each model ship goes through a demanding quality control process before leaving the workshop.

Only the highest quality woods like rosewood, black-wood, ebony, mahogany, teak, jack-wood, linen, etc. are used. All the wood types are naturally seasoned and kiln-dried before use to make sure that the completed products withstand any climate.
