Expedited shipping is calculated based on the shipping postal code. You can find out how much 2nd Day or 3-Day Select shipping service will cost during checkout. Just enter the shipping postal code, choose your Shipping Method, then click Update to calculate.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
We use standard ground shipping and shipping charges apply. If there are any duties, taxes, and/or other fees, it is the responsiblilty of the buyer to pay for them at delivery.
At checkout, select the 'Canada Standard' shipping method.
Additionally, Canada customers now have a choice of using the Bongo method mentioned below, where your order is first shipped to your provided US address and then transitioned to you. With this Bongo method, you can choose 'Ground Shipping' instead of 'Canada Standard' during the checkout process.

RETURNS
We give you 90 days to return any of our products. If within 90 days you change your mind about your order or the item is found to be defective, contact us and we will give you an address to ship it back to us. Make sure to ship it back in its original packaging or acceptable packaging. We will then issue you a full refund or replacement.
In case of shipping damage, please notify us within 5 days of shipment arrival to get a return authorization. We will then replace the item, if in stock, or exchange, or give a full refund.
Remember to contact us first in order to get the correct address to send it back to.
